Wow! It's good to be back after a wonderful summer. The Tribes: Invaders is finished, and I'm waiting to hear back from some agents I've queried. Now that summer is over I have to go back to school (no!!!), but I can get started on my newest book - The Search Triology Book 1: The Search Begins (Yay!!!). The Search Begins is about a young cat called Stone who is the son of the Great Leader of Cats. At the time an evil human, Athsrus, is trying to take over the leadership of Stone's mother, the Great Leader. It is her duty to find a girl human who will help them defeat Athsrus. With the assistance of two super-spies, Mason and Jasmine, Stone hopes to find the girl human for his mother after she is captured by two of Athsrus's proxies. That's my rough sketch - hope you like it!

A Writer's Daily Journal - June 8, 2010
June 8, 2010 - 9:02 a.m.
So far today has been very nice. When I woke up at 6:30, I worked on The Tribes: Invaders for about twenty minutes while my mom got ready to leave for work. I had to stop at the most exciting part - right before the battle with the Invaders. Grrr! And all because I had to start homeschool. After homeschool was over, I when back to the computer and worked on Invaders for a few minutes and then ate French Toast for breakfast. Yum!! After breakfast was over, I went back to The Tribes: Invaders and read it all the way through once. It's coming along very nicely - the suspense of the battle is killing me! When I stopped to post I had just written: "Petal and Star looked at each other before bounding after Stone." So suspenseful! I think I'll go back to writing and post again later today.
